However, after a reboot, now RDP connection attempts simply throw a "can't connect to the remote computer" error. If I try to connect from the server to a client, it prompts for a login, and after entering the login info, it was displaying an error about "the remote computer that you are trying to connect to requires NLA, but your windows domain controller cannot be contacted to perform NLA".
If I try to connect from a win10 client to the server, it just throws a "can't connect to the remote computer" error. The system log seems to be pretty much clear. I have a windows 2019 domain controller VM that I had an active RDP session from a win10 client, which suddenly dropped unexpectedly and now won't reconnect.ĭcdiag doesn't show any failed tests on the server.
